PlayStation trophies for Beyond Good & Evil 20th Anniversary Edition have emerged online.
The trophies appeared on Exophase, which tracks achievements on platforms like Xbox, PlayStation, Steam and Epic Games Store.
There are 35 trophies in total, including a Platinum one, and are similar to the Xbox achievements which leaked when the gamewas spotted on the Xbox Store in November.
When the game originally leaked, following an ESRB rating for the game appearing in August 2023 and the Xbox achievements appearing a few months later, Ubisoft officially confirmed that the 20th Anniversary Edition was indeed in development.
At the time, Ubisoft said more news on the game was “to come in early 2024”, but nothing has been heard about the game since.
Some expected to hear about it during the Ubisoft Forward presentation which aired last week as part of Summer Game Fest, but it wasn’t mentioned at any point.
However, the emergence of PlayStation trophies suggests an announcement is still planned soon, along with a possible imminent release date.
Given that the ESRB rating for the game listed the Nintendo Switch as one of its planned formats, Ubisoft could be saving its announcement for the upcoming Nintendo Direct.
Nintendo president Shuntaro Furkawa confirmed last month that its traditional June Nintendo Direct would be coming again this year, but a date has still to be confirmed.
Furkawa said the June Direct would not include any information on the company’s next games console, but that information is confirmed to arrive before next April.
