Our friends at Tom's Guide have heard rumors from users that the PS5 Pro 30th Anniversary bundle has already sold out, and that's while teems of US-based customers are still waiting to get through the queue.
Several members of TechRadar and TechRadar Gaming are waiting in the queue to get into PlayStation Direct to assess the situation. We'll keep you posted as soon as we learn more.
Okay, we're now seeing our queue drop below the hour mark which means we can actually see some tangible progress happening. However, it's very slow going. While the progress bar is certainly moving rightwards, we've only just dipped under an hour and — perhaps to rub salt into the wound — we're only waiting to be assigned a «random place in the queue,» according to Sony, to actually get in. It feels like we could be in for the long haul here...
