@FuriousMachine The Atmos really is sublime! Kilar's soundtrack is top-notch in this film and is one of the main reasons why the film is so damn good. I actually listen to the film's score regularly and even more so now that it's fall and getting colder, foggier, darker...

@Hogs-of-War-General 100% on the soundtrack. On of my most played vinyls in the dark months. Such fantastic atmosphere.
And that quote; one of the many lovely homages to Bela Lugosi's turn in Tod Browning's classic (which is way overdue for a re-watch)
And speaking of Universal Classics; I've been complaining that the cinemas here in Oslo have a seriously poor horror offering for October, but I recently discovered that a local theatre will screen a double bill of James Whale's «Frankenstein» and «Bride of Frankenstein» I've got tickets!
@Hogs-of-War-General @FuriousMachine Yeah one of my faves too, despite Keanu Reeve's slightly bland performance. Gary Oldham's certainly makes up for it though!
I do have it on Blu Ray, I may have to watch again during spooky season!
