It’s the last month of the year and as it gets cold-er in the Northern Hemisphere, it’s gearing up to be a cosy month for Pokémon. Pokémon Sleep is dropping two major events Growth Week Vol. 3 and Good Sleep Day #17.
Growth Week Vol. 3 kicks off on December 9th at 4:00 a.m. and runs until December 16th at 3:59 a.m. You get to stack up some Sleep EXP and candies during that week. Every sleep session tracked during the event gives your helper Pokémon a sweet 1.5x boost to their Sleep EXP.
If you’re diligent about the first sleep research of the day, you’ll snag 1.5x more candies too. However, this bonus doesn’t apply to a second nap later in the day. Each day of the event resets at 4:00 a.m., so make sure you’re syncing up your snooze schedule to maximize the rewards.
Just as Growth Week winds down in Pokémon Sleep, Good Sleep Day #17 is rolling in from December 14th to 17th. It’s actually perfectly timed with the full moon on December 15th, making it an extra special opportunity to see Clefairy, Clefable and Cleffa pop up more frequently.
In the next update, the devs are working on some main skill changes to highlight Pokémon individuality. Ditto is about to get a glow-up, with its main skill shifting from Charge to the much more exciting Transform (Skill Copy). While Mime Jr. and Mr. Mime will shift to Mimic (Skill Copy).
They’re also planning to increase the number of teams you can register. There’s also a new mode coming up that will allow your mon to shine. The last one will not be a part of the immediate next update though.
So, grab Pokémon Sleep from the Google Play Store and gear up for December’s events!
