Guerrilla Games and Sony have rolled out Horizon Forbidden West Burning Shores patch 1.22 for PlayStation 5, and here's what it does.
The Burning Shores expansion is out now exclusively for PlayStation 5, and following the release of Forbidden West's first DLC, players have reported several issues, including some progression issues alongside various crashes and an issue that caused the Time of Day to get stuck. Luckily, the development team has now deployed an update that resolved some of these bugs. Some of the progression issues are still there, but the Time of Day bug as well as various crashing issues have been addressed with this new patch.
This new patch also packs a fix for an issue with Dino Digits Quiz rewards occasionally not unlocking.
The Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores expansion is available globally now for PlayStation 5 players owning Horizon Forbidden West. As covered last week, this expansion comes in substantially larger (as far as file sizes go) than the Frozen Wilds expansion for the original Horizon Zero Dawn.
