Ahead of its imminent launch, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor has received widespread acclaim from critics, currently sitting at a score of 86 on Metacritic, but much like its predecessor, the action-adventure title has launched with a fair few technical issues that have been called out by many. That, however, is something that developer Respawn Entertainment is looking to fix in the near future.
Taking to Twitter, publisher EA confirmed that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will be getting a day one patch upon its release tomorrow, and that that will be followed by additional patches “in the coming weeks”. According to EA, these patches will target bug fixes, bring improvements to the frame rate, and add further accessibility options.
Further details will, of course, become available in the days ahead, but the technical state of the game is something you might want to keep an eye on if you plan on jumping in at launch.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is out tomorrow doe PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
