Naughty Dog has released a new patch for the heavily criticised PC version of The Last of Us Part 1.
Version 1.0.4.0 is the seventh patch for the game since its late March release, which was met with complaints over numerous performance issues, bugs and glitches.
According to Naughty Dog, the latest update includes CPU and GPU optimisations, texture fidelity and resolution improvements on low and medium in-game settings, crash fixes, and more.
The full patch notes, which also include AMD, Steam and Steam Deck specific fixes, are republished below.
“We at Naughty Dog and our partners at Iron Galaxy are closely watching player reports to support future improvements and patches,” the studio wrote.
“We are actively optimizing, working on game stability, and implementing additional fixes which will all be included in regularly released future updates.”
