Tears of the Kingdom hype is reaching a fever pitch and there's still more than two weeks to go until it launches. That's because a very lucky few were given the chance to play the Breath of the Wild sequel this week leading to a few additional details about the game surfacing online. Talk of a previously unrevealed ability certain players got to grips with, and perhaps even a hint that Link has another ability no one has been clued in on yet.
Reported by GamesRadar, YouTuber Zeltik shared some footage of their own Tears of the Kingdom preview, in which the abilities the rest of us have been shown can be seen. Fuse, Recall, Ascend, and Ultrahand, the ability named after an obscure Nintendo toy from the 1960s. Zeltik also points to another ability, the name of which they're not allowed to say, explaining it isn't made available until later in the game unlike the aforementioned powers.

Exciting stuff, but potentially even more exciting is what appears to be an empty slot left on Link's ability wheel. The wheel is shown a number of times in the video below, on which are all five of his powers, the symbol you need to select if you want to scan an amiibo, and a mysterious empty slot. As GamesRadar points out, that might simply be there for symmetry's sake. Or, it could be there because Link will acquire another ability later in the game nobody outside of Tears of the Kingsdom's creators knows about yet.
