The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom players are having a surprisingly hard time finding Link's shirt on the Great Sky Island, leaving a lot of players running around shirtless.
Just like how Breath of the Wild started by putting players on The Great Plateau and not letting them leave until they'd completed a few shrines, unlocked a few powers, and got to grips with the game's central mechanics, Tears of the Kingdom begins on the Great Sky Island, a large explorable area that acts as a fairly lengthy tutorial on the game's new and returning mechanics. Just like the Great Plateau, the Great Sky Island is a pretty open area for a tutorial zone, which might actually be a bit too open for some.

Over on the Tears of the Kingdom subreddit, it appears that a significant number of players are having a hard time finding a shirt for Link up on the Great Sky Island. The shirt, called the Archaic Tunic, is part of Link's new starting outfit but, unlike Breath of the Wild's Old Shirt and Well-Worn Trousers, it's not given to you right from the get-go and has to be found with a bit of exploration.
This more-open approach to giving out the game's first tunic has led to the game's subreddit being filled with posts from players asking about where to find it. The confusion appears to be because the shirt isn't given at the same time as the Archaic Legwear and is found on a separate island, causing some players to believe that they've somehow managed to miss it in that first location.
