Miles Morales is finally swinging into Fortnite when today's update goes live, and he's bringing something a lot of us have been waiting a long time for. His web shooters. Fortnite leaker Hypex has shared screenshots of Morales's web shooters, and it's possible depending on when you read this that they will already be available. Fortnite's original web shooters had the rare honor of being an item pretty much everyone seemed to love. A far cry from the Shockwave Hammer that split Fortnite's fan base right down the middle last season.

In fact, the first time web shooters were added to Fortnite, a little earlier than anticipated, so many people logged in to check them out that the game's servers couldn't handle it and the Spidey gloves were removed an hour later. While there will undoubtedly be some players annoyed by a rival zipping off on a web at the first sign of trouble, there's no denying how cool it feels to swing around the island like Peter Parker, and from today like Miles Morales too.
Spider-Man and his web shooters were first added to Fortnite around the same time as the web-slinger was added to Marvel's Avengers.
