Each week, we scour the internet for all things indie MMO-related, so you don’t have to. This week, almost everyone appears to be on holiday. Other than just about every studio sending out a seasonal greeting, very little happened this week. BitCraft posted a new devblog, Fractured Online opened up its test server to 35 guilds, and Mad World is finally coming to Steam. I’ll go ahead and wish everyone a Happy New Year, and then we will get started on the shortest Indie MMO Spotlight of all time.

BitCraft gave us a Christmas present on Monday in the form of a dev blog . The new post covers the hexagonal grid used to create the map and how players will be able to use terraforming to change things.

Version 21.0 was released this week. The update added the Christmas event and fixed some minor bugs.
The Endgame Changer update went live on Thursday. Members from 35 guilds have taken to the test server to put the new content through its paces. A new #endgame-changer-previews channel was added to the Fractured Online Discord for others to check out some of the changes as well.
Dev Update #2 was posted to the Loftia Kickstarter page. The update gives a 2023 recap as well as a progress update.
Mad World is finally coming to Steam . You can add it to your wishlist now, and the initial release will be on January 25th.
