MachineGames’ Indiana Jones and the Great Circle officially launches on December 9th for Xbox Series X/S and PC alongside Game Pass. However, Premium Edition owners can start playing now with advanced access. The only caveat is that path tracing won’t be available until next week’s worldwide launch.
Executive produced by Bethesda’s Todd Howard (who also created the story), the title follows Indy on a worldwide journey to uncover the secret of the Great Circle. With several locations like Thailand, Egypt, Shanghai, and more included in the phenomenon and the National Fascist Party pursuing the same, it’s a race against time.
Though it features Harrison Ford’s likeness, Troy Baker voices the characters and plays out mostly in first-person. Also, while there are guns, the gameplay is more of an action-adventure title with puzzle-solving and platforming. Stealth and melee combat are also available, depending on how the player wishes to approach.
