Hogwarts Legacy players can make the Revelio spell significantly more useful by using one of the open world action-RPG's accessibility features. Hogwarts Legacy has over 20 spells for players to utilize on their adventure, though the spell they will likely use most often is the Revelio charm.
Hogwarts Legacy players unlock Revelio very early on in the game. Sometimes Revelio is used to solve puzzles, but it's mainly used for looting and collectible purposes. With Revelio, players can spot treasure chests and other items of interest through walls. It also helps them find the Field Guide pages that they need in order to get 100% completion in the game.

However, it can sometimes be tricky for Hogwarts Legacy players to figure out exactly where the sound is supposed to be coming from. To make things easier, open the Field Guide and go to Settings. Then scroll down to Accessibility Options (looks like a stick figure person), then scroll to «Audio Visualizer.» Audio Visualizer is turned off by default, but turning it on will give players a visual indicator of whatever direction the ding/chime is coming from with a small bell icon. Needless to say, this makes it significantly easier to hunt things down using Revelio.
This is far from the only setting Hogwarts Legacy players can change to improve their experience with the game. For example, those that want to have a truly immersive Hogwarts Legacy experience are encouraged to turn off the HUD tracking icons and mini map.
