Hogwarts Legacy is first and foremost a single-player experience set in the world of Harry Potter, but it is only a matter of time before the modding community makes it possible for players to explore the Wizarding World together. Hogwarts Legacy has only been out for a week (if including the three-day early access), and there is already some light at the end of the proverbial tunnel for players who are hoping to party up with some friends in the game.
There has been a dark cloud of controversy surrounding Hogwarts Legacy, but that has not stopped it from becoming a best-selling game. The Harry Potter book series has had record-breaking sales and has millions of fans around the world who at some point or other in their lives dreamed of receiving their Hogwarts letter. Hogwarts Legacy allows the droves of Harry Potter fans to finally live out that fantasy, albeit in a video game. And while it didn't do much to slow the hype train for the game, undoubtedly there are many fans who lament the absence of multiplayer.

The Together Team, creator of the Skyrim Together mod, has released a video showcasing an early build of HogWarp that shows two players exploring Hogwarts Legacy together. The mod is still in early development and as such is not available yet, but The Together Team will give their Patreon supporters early access to HogWarp. The video in question shows that the mod is still very much a work-in-progress: the players' movements are quite jittery, and the day/night cycle is not synchronized.
