Gryphline announced that Arknights: Enfield will be available on the PlayStation 5 as a 3D role-playing game with real-time combat and strategy.
The game has already been announced for the PC and mobile platforms, and now it’s making its way to the consoles, said Beijing-based studio Gryphline.
Gryphline revealed a fresh gameplay trailer at The Game Awards preshow, showcasing the protagonist engaged in a battle against a formidable boss. The sneak peek delved into the dynamic combat system, offering players a glimpse of the title’s immersive action.
Gryphline has opened sign-ups for the international technical test, set to commence on January 11, 2024. Players registering at endfield.gryphline.com will be transported to the world of Talos-II, meeting the game’s diverse cast, led by the Endministrator, and engaging in real-time combat.
One of the test’s highlights will be the implementation of the factory system, allowing players to strategically place buildings that create automated production lines, generating resources and items that can significantly influence battle outcomes. This intricate system extends players’ impact beyond combat, enabling modifications to in-game terrain and environments, the company said.
Exclusive to Windows PC, the international technical test offers an English user interface with options for Mandarin or Japanese audio.
The Arknights: Endfield international technical test is scheduled to begin on Jan. 11, 2024 at 7 p.m. (PST) / Jan. 12, 2024 at 3 a.m. (UTC)
Registrations open from December 7 at 4:30 p.m. PT / December 8 at 12:30 a.m. GMT, until December 23 at 7:59 p.m.
