The Perfumer's Talisman is an accessory in Elden Ring that increases the potency of Perfume items by 20%. While it is currently unknown if this issue is a bug, the effect of this Talisman only applies to damage-dealing Perfumes, particularly Spark Aromatic. Accordingly, the Perfumer's Talisman does not seem to buff the effects of support Perfumes like Uplifting Aromatic or damage-over-time items such as Elden Ring's Acid Spraymist.
The location of the Perfumer's Talisman is the Perfumer's Ruins, a landmark on the opposite side of the lake west of the Erdtree-Gazing Hill in Altus Plateau. To reach this area, Tarnished adventurers can ride down the western slope of the Erdtree-Gazing Hill, making their way past several abandoned coaches. After arriving at the Abandoned Coffin Site of Grace, following the northwestward trail to find the Perfumer's Ruins. Those who've defeated Magma Wyrm Makar of the Ruin-Strewn Precipice will already have access to the Abandoned Coffin and can simply ride northward to the Talisman's location.

The Perfumer's Talisman is hidden in an underground vault covered with breakable wooden planks. Tarnished can find this entrance by coming into the ruins from the east and going to the northwestern corner. The concealed entryway in Elden Ring will be surrounded by a stack of crates and barrels. Players can break the wooden covering by dodge-rolling atop the planks. Then, descend the dank staircase and open the door at the end to find the Perfumer's Talisman within a small chamber.
