Viewers recently saw the trailer for Selling The OC, and Lauren Brito is one of the many realtors joining the new reality series.
The show is a spin-off of Selling Sunset, a real estate series based in Los Angeles, centered around the infamous brokerage, The Oppenheim Group.
Owners, Jason and Brett Oppenheim decided to expand their company and open up a new office in Newport Beach. Selling The OC will be the second spin-off, as the first was Selling Tampa.
The Florida-based TV series centered around Sharelle Rosado's brokerage, Allure Realty, which consisted of an all-female, black-owned agency that sells luxury waterfront real estate.
