Netflix has finally released a first look of the Oppenheim Group agents set to star on Selling The OC, but Selling Sunset fans aren't too impressed with the upcoming show based on its teaser trailer. The spin-off of The Oppenheim Group's brokerage in West Hollywood will feature its secondary office in Newport Beach, with the upcoming 11 agents being Alex Hall, Alexandra Jarvis, Alexandra Rose, Austin Victoria, Brandi Marshall, Gio Helou, Kayla Cardona, Lauren Brito, Polly Brindle, Sean Palmieri, and Tyler Stanaland.
After months of anticipation, Netflix dropped a two-minute trailer for Selling The OC upon the conclusion of Selling Sunset season 5 on May 6. Between partying in a dark nightclub, enjoying time on the beach, and hanging out on a yacht, Selling The OC's trailer features sound clips that indicate that the cast doesn't seem to get along. One shot shows Kayla confronting someone for calling her a «f***** b****» before Polly accuses another Oppenheim realtor of scoring a listing by being intimate with the developer. Some luxury Southern California listings are also shown in wide shots, which give a peek at what homes fans should expect to see.

While some fans have been expressing their excitement online, many think thatSelling The OC plans to focus too much on drama and forced conflict than the agents' actual careers in real estate.
