To find the Esgar, Priest of Blood, in Elden Ring, Tarnished travelers must first find the Dungeon in which he resides, the Leyndell Catacombs. Players can reach this location by starting their journey from the Avenue Balcony Site of Grace within the Royal Capital. Go down the stairwell on the right and leap down into the second section of district ruins on the left. Tarnished adventurers will find a small well in the northern corner that leads down into the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds. Follow the linear passageway until reaching the Underground Roadside Grace Site.

From the Underground Roadside in Elden Ring, head out onto the street and go down the ladder shaft sitting on the left of the sewer's shortcut doorway. Turn right on the wooden platform and carefully drop onto the pipes below. Jump down to the ground, rush past an aggressive Giant Lobster, and enter the hole in the wall on the left. Walk down the stairwell directly on the right to discover the Site of Grace for the Leyndell Catacombs.
