Elden Ring has been out for a couple of months now, and while there is plenty to do in New Game Plus, many veterans and newcomers may be looking for something to follow it up with. Many already consider it Game of the Year though, and that, unfortunately, means it’s a hard act to follow. Perhaps the best way is to take a stroll through FromSoftware’s catalog and visit games like Demon’s Souls, Dark Souls, Bloodborne, and Sekiro.
For veterans, this could be a walk down memory lane while waiting forElden Ring DLC. For newcomers, it’s a good way to look at how Elden Ring has evolved the formula but to also get acquainted with even more Souls game is a reward in and of itself. Of the aforementioned titles, Bloodborne is perhaps the most popular and could be one of the most approachable games above. It’s a good choice to follow Elden Ring.

Of course, if newcomers have learned anything about Elden Ring, it’s that leveling and grinding is a viable, helpful option. Players can avoid this, instead relying on sheer skill, but being able to get a ton of Blood Echoes (the equivalent to Elden Ring’s runes) easy makes the entire game a little smoother—if even not exactly easy depending on how much someone levels. This Blood Echoes Farm is really easy, allowing players to get roughly 83,000 Blood Echoes every minute or so. In fact, the hardest part of this farm is unlocking it, as players will need to progress through Old Yharnam and reach the Blood-Starved Beast. This means players may encounter the Cleric Beast, will definitely encounter Father Gascoigne, and a few other odds and ends on the way
