A Dying Light 2 AMD FSR 3.0 Frame Generation mod is now available for download, allowing users with any modern NVIDIA and AMD GPU to enjoy improved performance.
The mod, which is based on the FSR 2.0 to FSR 3.0 bridge by LukeFZ, essentially replaces the base game's FSR 2.0 implementation with its next major update, which features Frame Generation support. As LukeFZ's bridge is still in beta, this Dying Light 2 mod comes with some issues, such as artifacts on HUD and text, and some input delay. You can download the mod from Nexus Mods.
Dying Light 2 was released on PC and consoles around two years ago, but Techland did not leave their game behind, as the development studios continued adding new features to it. The game's Winter Tales update went live last month, and more content and updates will be coming in the future, including another DLC expansion.
Dying Light 2 is now out on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and Xbox One worldwide. You can learn more about the game by checking out our review.
Dying Light 2 Stay Human is another exhilarating parkour and zombie-pummeling playground from Techland, although at times, the seams holding it all together are a bit obvious. Given the game’s glitches, minor gameplay annoyances, and crudely bisected story and world, reports of behind-the-scenes issues feel all-too-plausible. That said, the foundation here is rock solid, and Techland has proven they’re capable long-term builders, so I’m confident the game's embers can be stoked to a full flame in time.
