Capcom has detailed a Dragon’s Dogma 2 update planned for release on all platforms this month.
Among other adjustments, Capcom said it’s planning to reduce the infection frequency of Dragonsplague, and to make it more noticeable when Pawns have caught the disease-like condition.
Elsewhere, treasure chests that have already been acquired will no longer be displayed on the mini-map, and there are various changes being made to Pawns’ behaviour and dialogue.
Capcom said the adjustments and fixes listed below will be released “on each platform as soon as they are ready”.
A Dragon’s Dogma 2 update released in late March added a frame rate cap option on consoles and improved DLSS quality, among other features.
11 days after its release last month, Capcom claimed that Dragon’s Dogma 2 sales had surpassed 2.5 million units.
VGC’s Dragon’s Dogma 2 review called it “one of the best RPGs of the last decade”.
“Dragon’s Dogma 2 is so dense that you can literally get to the end of the game, fulfil the majority of the main quest objectives, and then realise there’s a whole faction, town, or multi-part mission you’ve missed,” we wrote. “Dragon’s Dogma 2 is begging you to explore.”
