Baldur's Gate 3 had a dizzying amount of voice lines that only a select few people will hear, as developer Larian Studio has made a valiant attempt to make sure every possible outcome in every possible situation is accounted for. This is most evident when using the Viscious Mockery spell, as every single companion actor and voice type needed to have lines recorded for them just in case you felt like turning one of them into a Bard.
However, one character seems to have been given special treatment by Larian. A YouTuber called Chubblot (thanks PC Gamer) recently compiled every single Viscious Mockery voice line in Baldur's Gate 3, and discovered that Auntie Ethel - the horrible old hag that you meet during a side quest in Act 1 - has a whole range of insults to choose from. Each one is specficially tailored to pinpoint the insecurities of every companion in the game, and some of the insults she can throw out are absolutely savage.

For starters, in an almost impressive display of racism and bigotry, Auntie Ethel has a whole bunch of voice lines dedicated to making fun of your player character's background. For example, she calls female Drows "filthy underscum", she calls Half-Drows and Half-Elves horrible names such as "half-breed" and "abomination", and keeps bringing up slavery when mocking Duergar. A true racist Auntie if ever there was one.
It's even worse if Ethel turns her attention to your party members, as she appears to know the ins and outs of each character's backstory and uses that information to deliver some truly eye-watering insults. She states that Astarion actually "likes being leashed", in reference to his forced servitude to vampire lord Cazador
