M3 MacBook Pro Box Allegedly Leaked Prior To Apple’s October 30 Event
Apple is scheduled to unveil the new M3 chip, along with a few Mac models on October 30, but before the official announcements happen, a fresh leak has come forth, showing what appears to be the retail box of the upcoming MacBook Pro. The wallpaper is nothing like we have seen on previous Apple products, signifying the leak’s importance.
An image circulating on the micro-blogging social network Weibo caught the attention of tipster ShrimpApplePro, who shared the M3 MacBook Pro leak on X. One major reason why the retail box appears to be legit is because of the wallpaper alone. Apple has typically stuck with using vibrant colors on its newest releases, but on the M3 version of the portable Mac, the company appears to have taken a different approach.
The box itself looks similar to what Apple has shipped with every iteration of the MacBook Pro for the past few years, with the front side of the machine shown with the lid opened. Furthermore, the design of the MacBook remains relatively unchanged compared to its predecessor, sporting the visible circular laptop feet, along with curved corners and an aluminum unibody chassis. Looking at the thickness of the product, we would say that it looks denser than the MacBook Air.
