Like most big video game events, fans are getting their hopes up ahead of Geoff Keighley's The Game Awards, which airs tomorrow, 12th December. The industry's lovable rogue's gallery of insiders has been fanning the flames ahead of the big night. Now, Bloomberg's ever-reliable Jason Schreier has graciously permitted us off our chain, signalling there will be at least two announcements that, for good or ill, will make fans say: «Holy s**t, I can't believe this thing is here».
Appearing on today's episode of Kinda Funny Games Daily, Schreier managed to ignite a spark of hype in this scribe's jaded heart when he teased: «What can I say without getting in trouble? I know about a couple of announcements that will be there, and they qualify as big announcements. That said, big announcements are games that won't be out for years. So I think there's a good chance that you'll have one or two teaser trailers for a game that is 2026 or even later.»
Here we go

Wow breaking news… big announcement at The Game Awards… GTA7 is on it's way.
The amount of coverage and insiders trying to generate hype comes across as a little desperate tbh. I'd rather spend my time playing something enjoyable and follow up on any announcements.
he's already semi-walked it back on Reset Era. Also said it is NOT BLOODBORNE (so those commenters can shut up in advance for a change):
Also I said «make you guys react and say 'holy *****'» as in
