Xbox released a set of new dynamic backgrounds for players to enjoy, including an impressive Cyberpunk 2077-themed background. Xbox's dynamic backgrounds allow users to spruce up their dashboard by giving them partially moving backdrops.

First introduced in 2020, dynamic backgrounds were exclusively released for Xbox Series X and Series S owners. Initially, Waves was the only dynamic background available to users, but over the years, Xbox has periodically added additional backgrounds. These range from Xbox-themed backgrounds, to game-themed backgrounds like theFallout 25th Anniversary one, to more abstract backgrounds that can be customized by a user's My Color selection. Although it's not a major feature, many users are fans of dynamic backgrounds and enjoy using them to liven up the home screen of their current-generation Xbox. Fortunately for such fans, Xbox just released another new set.

A total of five new dynamic backgrounds were added to Xbox's Personalization section, themed around the games Cyberpunk 2077, EA Sports FC 24, EA Sports PGA Tour, F1 23, and Super Mega Baseball 4. Some users claim that theCyberpunk 2077 dynamic background is one of the best ones yet. It shows Cyberpunk 2077 protagonist V against the backdrop of Night City; its dynamic elements are flying vehicles that move slightly, as well as flickering billboards. The rest of the new backgrounds, which are all themed around games under the EA Sports umbrella, feature other dynamic elements like flashing cameras, sparking tires, exploding fireworks, flying birds, and more. Like usual, these dynamic backgrounds are mostly still, but feature certain elements that make them appear like living, breathing images. This new update increases Xbox's selection to 48 dynamic backgrounds.
