On the Weekly Reset, there appears to be a fix for the automated Smolderon Orb weakaura and a small Fyrakk Nerf. Be warned if you're progging or rekilling Smolderon this week!
There may be more nerfs or changes, but there are the ones we've managed to datamine.
Here is the tuning for Mythic Smolderon on the weekly reset.
It's clear from the first two changes that this is targeted at the Automated Weakauras for the Seeking Inferno mechanic. This mechanic is a private aura but players worked around it by using Weakauras that check who has Threat on the orbs. This appears to be fixed now which means that guilds rekilling or progging the boss will need to change their strategy. This involves likely reverting to the old Macro system that initial guilds used for the boss.
However, it may not all be bad news, as the final change may be a large nerf to the encounter. We can't confirm exactly what this change does, but we speculate that an orb could have been removed from each spawn down to 3 (from 4). We'll update this section once we know more, but if this is true, this reduces the damage output of the encounter and reduces the chance that the raid blows up.
There may be more Fyrakk changes, but the only one we've been able to datamine is:
This will make it more lenient to perform your CC chain once the adds are grouped up, similar to the Anduin Nerfs to nerf how often you needed to perform your CC chain as well.
