And you thought Trails of Cold Steel IV had too many characters! Upcoming RPG Trails into Reverie is basically an all-star game. Not only is it something of an epilogue to the aforementioned Cold Steel series, it also wraps up the Crossbell arc, acting as a final chapter for Trails from Zero and Trails to Azure.
As such, you can expect to see just about every character ever make an appearance in Reverie — and many of them are teased in this new trailer.
For those who don't know, Reverie is actually split between three storyline perspectives. One has you play as Cold Steel protagonist Rean Schwarzer and his many, many allies, while another puts you back in the shoes of Lloyd Bannings and the SSS from the Crossbell titles. The third storyline, however, is all about a mysterious party of new characters, led by a masked warrior named 'C'. We can't wait to see how it all ties together.
