Tower of Fantasy Reveals Next Simulacrum, Icarus, Coming Next Week

Fresh off the recent big Under the Grand Sea update, which added tons of new content and even new ways to travel around Tower of Fantasy, the next simulacrum is on the way. There’s a lore video and preview for Icarus, who will be out next week, along with his weapon, Precious One.

Icarus will be added on April 13th. In his new video, he talks about traveling to a far-off place and describes the things he's seen there, which which are similar to Vera, but he talks of a clear skyline. Talking in the narration to his sister, Talos, there’s talk of a promise they made to each other, to see these places together, but it seems that sad things have happened and made that nearly impossible. 

Icarus is officially described this way:

“Icarus, while very polite, was always a rebel at heart who despises order and authority.

Leading the Mooke Squad to pursue Abyssants, he demonstrates unexpected courage and strength”. A Mooke is a type of guinea pig that “likes to stay in during the day and go out at night”.

He’s got the desire to explore, and for that, he has to leave his family behind. This came after losing his mother and clashing with his father, so there's plenty of background to consider as well.

We’ll find out more about Icarus soon, and the team will follow with a skills showcase as usual, but for now, we get a peek into his story and what else is behind it. This also comes with just a brief look at him and Precious One in combat.

Precious One looks rounded and more enclosed while idle, but when attacking, it is round in the center, with four sharp points jutting out. If it's the frost element, so we'll see more of this next week.
