Tower of Fantasy Adds Fiona, With a New Showcase of Her Versatile Skill Set
Tower of Fantasy is showing off Fiona and her weapon, Moonstar Bracelet in her showcase video. The latest simulacrum to join the game, Fiona is debuting today.
Fiona is the second, following Lin, to feature Altered damage, and she is a versatile roster choice. She's designed as a rounded character who can capably attack but is also well suited to healing and support.
Another thing that makes her special is the access to six Scatter techniques to customize her with. You can enable two in the order in which they’ll be used. Some of them will be best used along with a weapon skill, and depending on the type of role and strategy you're looking to play with Fiona. Some of them are better when she's playing a DPS and trying to deal damage, along with damage boosts for allies. Others are much better used for when she’s your support and can provide consistent help. Another important consideration is how using these scatter techniques and Fiona's skills complement other characters on the team. Even using her skills can create links between her and other team member to boost them.
The showcase details a number of these Scatter techniques and ways to play them, including those potential interactions. Using Fiona’s Torrential Force not only boosts both general skill damage and discharge skill damage, it will have extra effects on teams with others that use discharge skills. It is also considered to be using the discharge skill, so if you have her with Icarus, that will cause him to gain Return to Loneliness.
