The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom's new Zonai devices have allowed players to come up with some absolutely wild creations, ranging from orbital lasers to Korok torturing devices. To make these horrible contraptions, you have to actually obtain the necessary devices first, and that's where the Zonia Device Dispensers come in.
These wonderful contraptions function just like real-life vending machines, allowing Link to trade some Zonai charges for a random selection of device capsules. However, they function a little too similarly to vending machines in all the worst ways too, as a large amount of Tears of the Kingdom players are just discovering that the dispensers can actually get jammed if it tries to shoot out too many Zonai device capsules at a time.

This was first demonstrated on the Tears of the Kingdom subreddit by u/DHIMS_Fan, who shares a video of themselves trying to unblock a Zonai Device Dispenser that's refusing to part with the goods. In the video, we see the player try to remove the blockage with an arrow, before giving up and unblocking it themself with Link's Ultrahand ability. The rest of their Zonai device capsules then come pouring out, leaving quite a lot of fans bewildered.
It also has a lot of people wondering how many capsules they've left behind because they didn't realise there was a blockage. There are several people who thought that they just had some bad luck with the machine (myself included) when they didn't receive as many capsules as expected, but it turns out there's just nothing stopping the machine from occasionally getting clogged up.
