During the events of Breath of the Wild, Link travelled to Gerudo Town, deep in the desert. Among the shenanigans he got up to over there, was a shrine quest called The Perfect Drink. Our hero had to help the local bartender, Furosa, by lugging some ice to the bar before it melted. As thank you, she told Link that they'd celebrate with a drink of Noble Pursuit once he's old enough.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom takes place quite some time after the events of the first game, and while we're unsure of the legal drinking age in Hyrule, Link is definitely a few years older. And, like many of the callbacks to the previous game, if you head back to that Gerudo Town bar, you'll be able to get yourself that drink of Noble Pursuit.

You'll also be able to craft the drink for yourself. Weirdly though, the recipe for the drink doesn't actually have anything that could be considered alcohol – just Palm Fruit, Hydromelon, Voltfruit and Rock Salt. So, it isn't exactly clear why Furosa would only give Link the drink once he's old enough. Perhaps there's a fermentation process required.
This little detail was shared on the Zelda Subreddit, where fans really appreciated the callback to the previous game (thanks GamesRadar). "That’s really nice!! I wonder how many callbacks there are. I think I would’ve missed most of them," said one comment. Based on this, other comments deduced that Link's age must be around 20 to 21 by now.
