Tears of the Kingdom's launch is now just a week away, but if you simply can't wait that long, there are alternatives, and I'm not talking about the leaks. Despite not even hitting the shelves yet, the next installment in The Legend of Zelda series already has a copycat game. A mobile title called Kung Fu Saga, and if you really want to play it for some reason, I'd do it now before Reggie Fils-Amie tweets the creators of the game and scares them into wiping every last trace of it from the face of the Earth.
The clip, which appears to be an ad, has been shared on Tears of the Kingdom's subreddit. It shows its own Link using a shameless copy-and-paste version of the knight's new ability in the sequel, Recall to ascend to a sky dungeon. There the faux Link battles a baddie and reaps the rewards. The ad ends there, and if I know anything about mobile ripoffs of games that already exist, or in this case one that will launch next week, Kung Fu Saga's gameplay looks nothing like it does in the video below.

In fact, someone in the replies to the post has confirmed that to be the case. “It's indeed top-down and there's no jumping or gliding involved except for some scripted transitions. So yeah, this looks nothing like the game,” Gawlf85 explains. In fairness, even though the full game would naturally not compare to whatever Nintendo has cooked up, it would be pretty impressive if even a rip-off game could look and play that well.
