Star Wars fans unite - today we have a rather interesting Star Wars: Jedi Survivor mod that introduces Darth Vader.
As shared by DSOGaming, this paid mod from modder 'JediJosh920' allows PC players to play as Anakin 'Darth Vader' Skywalker in Respawn's recent Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order sequel. We'll better call it a Darth Vader mod as the mod only packs models from Anakin turned Darth Vader following the events of Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. Not only does the mod introduce Vader's character model, but it also offers unique force abilities as well as Vader-unique attack moves. It's an interesting modification and one that will surely be appreciated by fans of the Star Wars series.
As mentioned above, this is a paid Darth Vader mod and is locked behind a Patreon paywall. We aren't sure whether this mod will eventually be released for everyone to use, but it's likely that other modders will be releasing their own free Darth Vader mods in time as well. Star Wars: Jedi Survivor is available now for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. As expected, this mod is only available on PC. As covered last week, developer Respawn Entertainment released a new patch that somewhat improved the game's performance. Unfortunately, stuttering is still an issue, especially on PC.
