Popular aggregation website SteamDB showcases a colossal jump in the game's player count, boasting over 10,000 players at its peak within the last 24 hours. The spike is largely credited to the debut of Torchlight: Infinite's newest season, «Whispering Mist,» which added more story content and a new Hero in Cateye Erika. Torchlight: Infinite saw its all-time peak in October 2022, with over 20,000 players following the release of the game's open beta.
