There are three types of items in ; Reagents, Greeneries, and Indulgences. Reagents and Greeneries are ingredients that Melinoë can use in the Cauldron. Found at the Crossroads, the Cauldron lets Melinoë craft Incantations; special spells that unlock important tools, resources, or areas for Melinoë.
The main difference between Reagents and Greeneries is that Reagents are stones and minerals, while Greeneries are flowers, seeds, and plant material. Indulgences are more of the catch-all category, featuring some returning resources from. All three categories include items vital to some of 's most important mechanics.
The current list of Reagents, Greeneries, and Indulgences is based on the Early Access version of and may change after full release.
Hades was an instant hint and well-loved and Hades II is looking as if it'll be just as good, if not better.
Reagents are minerals and similar substances that Melinoë needs for many of 's biggest mechanics. While each Reagent can be used for an Incantation, some have multiple uses in other mechanics. The first and most common Reagent would have to be Bones, easily found throughout Erebus or while using a Main Weapon with Grave Thirst.
You can even get Bones by fishing in . Bones are the main currency used by the Wretched Broker in the Crossroads, allowing you to purchase other items, such as the ever-essential Ashes.
In order to unlock the Wretched Broker, you need to complete the Summoning of Mercantile Fortune Incantation. This Incantation costs 10 Bones to cast.
Ashes are another common Erebus drop used to unlock Arcana Cards; various upgrades that make Melinoë stronger on her journey through the Underworld. Psyche is another Reagent connected to Arcana Cards, used to increase Grasp. Psyche can be found in the same manner as Ashes; through room rewards or Wretched Broker purchases.
Lastly, Moon Dust is essential to upgrading Arcana Cards, but can only be purchased from the Wretched Broker or crafted with alchemy. A
