You won't need an Xbox to play Persona 3 Reload or Persona 5 Tactica. Atlus has announced that both games will arrive on PC, PS4, and PS5. But Nintendo Switch will only receive Persona 5 Tactica, not the remake of the classic PS2 RPG.
Persona 3 Reload and Persona 5 Tactica were unveiled at the Xbox Games Showcase, with both titles arriving day one on Game Pass. This came after Atlus accidentally leaked that the two titles were on the way on Instagram.

Of the pair, Persona 5 Tactica will release first on November 17. It's a turn-based tactics game featuring the cast from Persona 5. The title also sports an art style similar to the Persona Q series.
Meanwhile, Persona 3 Reload is aiming for an early 2024 launch. The remake won't contain any of the FES or Portable content, but the battle system will be «revamped,» according to Atlus. The RPG originally came out on PS2 in 2006 in Japan.
Last year, Xbox Game Pass added Persona 3, 4, and 5 Royal to its library. Those titles were also revealed for the subscription service during the Xbox Games Showcase in 2022, showing the strong partnership currently between Microsoft and Atlus. That's not all, though. Atlus also debuted a new RPG called Metaphor: ReFantazio at this year's Xbox Games Showcase over the past weekend.
