2024 may have only just kicked off, but the pace at which we’re getting new releases isn’t slowing down. Last week, we got a couple of major ones in the form of The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered and Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, and as per data provided by the Gfk for weekly retail sales in the UK, both have debuted high in the latest charts, with The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered coming in at No. 3 and Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown at No. 4.
Meanwhile, there has been some movement at the very top once again. Last week, EA Sports FC 24 dethroned Hogwarts Legacy to take the No. 1 spot, and this week, both have swapped positions again, with the latter taking the top spot and the former being pushed down to second place.
Beyond that, we have a number of older, evergreen sellers in the top 10 as well, including Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate at No. 8, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga at No. 9, and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe at No. 10, while more relatively recent releases like Mortal Kombat 1, Super Mario Bros. Wonder, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 also figure in the top 10.
You can check out the full top 10 for the week ending January 20 below.
