Posted to Reddit by user yepcockpepelaugh, the survivor demonstrated that what can go wrong in the Ashlands will go wrong as their adventure is unceremoniously cut short by a group of enemies seemingly pushing a massive, burning log on top of them.
Running away from the swarm, they're instead crushed by the rolling trunk, dying instantly to the uncommon foe. While fellow fans in the comments suggested that the player should have run left or right to avoid the damage, the size of the log would have likely warranted this strategy ineffective in avoiding such a comical death.
The fact that yepcockpepelaugh died to a massive flaming log in the Ashlands is undoubtedly a fun example of the severity that lies in wait for players who opt to venture into the new biome. The latest area, added as a part of a new content update that went live on April 22, is designed specifically for players who have reached the end-game portion of and contains some of the best loot in the game as well as some of the toughest enemies.
