As soon as you use a cheat code, it will turn off Achievements/Trophies and disable saving completely. Turning cheats off will allow you to unlock Achievements and save your game, but because of this, it is recommended to save cheats for when you do not care about the state of your game, as it willrevert back to the last time you saved before enabling cheats.
