Warhammer 40K Space Marine 2 was arguably the star of the recent Warhammer Skulls 2024 live stream. The long-awaited sequel showed off the multiplayer modes available in the final release: the PvE Operations mode, which runs parallel to the co-op enabled campaign, where you'll play as your own customized Space Marine and work as a team to defeat various Xeno abominations; and the PvP Eternal War mode, where Chaos and Empire will once again clash with chainswords in intense 6v6 multiplayer battles.

The six multiplayer classes are Tactical, Assault, Vanguard, Bulwark, Sniper, and Heavy. The classes are similar but not quite all the same compared to the original game, which included Tactical, Assault, Devastator, Raptor, Dreadnought, and Havoc.
Pre-orders are now open for Warhammer 40K Space Marine 2. All pre-orders will receive the Macragge's Chosen cosmetic DLC, which includes the Ultramarines-inspired skin set for the bolt rifle, the chainsword, and the Crux Terminatus pauldron.
The Gold Edition, priced at $89.99 on PC and $99.99 on consoles, also provides four days of early access (meaning players would start playing on September 5 instead of 9) and the Season Pass, which will revolve around cosmetics. The $99.99 (on PC; $109.99 on consoles) digital-only Ultra Edition adds
