Players will likely want to be mounted when they face Furnace Golems, as they will unleash some devastating area-of-effect attacks that are harder to dodge on foot. Players might also want to avoid spending too much time in front of the Golem, as they do have an instant-kill grab attack where they sweep up the player and dump them in their fiery basket. Once players defeat a Furnace Golem, players will receive a Furnace Visage as a reward.
