Here, players will be thrust inside a twisted dream filled with mirrors, many of which act as portals that lead to different locations in and around the home.
To piece together more of what happened to Dolores and her family, you will need to solve the puzzles associated with 11 different mirrors. As the game does not give much guidance to help solve the puzzles, this task can be rather daunting, since you will need to solve the puzzles in order and hold onto any items you find to solve subsequent puzzles.

During this level, players must follow an umbilical cord into a hidden, dark room with only a circle of mirrors in the center. As they look through each of the mirrors, a ghostly figure will try to come through one, scaring the protagonist and causing the mirror to fall and break.
Enter this mirror and follow it into a room similar to the Progress Room with a confessional. Dolores will ask you to bring her the child from the other side of the confessional, which is where the mirrors come in.
The mirrors must be done in a specific order as many of the tools you need to solve some of them are found in the puzzles of others. Therefore, if you do them out of order, you will be stumped without the necessary items to proceed. Additionally, don't discard anything you find.
While exploring the house, you'll notice several mirrors dispersed throughout. Each of these can be broken, revealing new rooms and areas to explore. To break each mirror and solve its associated puzzle, you'll need to find and equip the sledgehammer, which can be found in the garage.
