Like any Souls-like game, is largely defined by its challenging combat and boss fights. Aside from the bosses that progress the main storyline, there are plenty of hidden, powerful enemies found throughout Sacra. Although not imperative to finishing the story, these bosses can drop important items and award experience points.
There are only two main story bosses that the player is required to face in . Warrick the Torn introduces the town of Sacrament, while the Riven Twins cap off the game. Given that is still in its early access phase with plenty ahead on the road map, it is very likely that we will receive further encounters in the future.
Durability in No Rest For the Wicked can upset your progress. Thankfully, items can be repaired through Blacksmithing and Repair Powder.
Despite being an optional boss tied to the Of Rats and Raiders quest, Darak Falstead is almost as important as any other main storyline boss. Defeating Darak in this first encounter not only unlocks the Black Trench optional zone, but also opens up the housing market and several other optional enemies for weekly bounties.
Darak’s first location is found on a bridge in the northern stretches of Orban Glades. You can access this point by visiting the Cerim Whisper fast travel point you likely discovered before facing Warrick the Torn, and heading directly north through a nearby cave.
Torn Darak Falstead is the second fight against the warband leader. This version of the encounter is different in mechanics, loot, and location. To unlock the Black Trench, you must speak to Winnick in Sacrament after your first encounter with the raider leader. After freeing Rattigan, you can find the entry to The Black Trench in The Shallows, the lower portion of Orban Glades.
Torn bosses, such as Darak Falstead's second encounter, the Nith Leviathans, Warrick the Torn, and the Torn Colossus, all drop Ichor. This is a rare material that can be turned in at the Rookery in exchange for further inventory space.
