Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League's PS5 file size is 45 GB. Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is set within the same universe as the Batman: Arkham games, placing players in the shoes of Task Force X as they face off against some of the DC Universe's most powerful superheroes. Unlike Rocksteady's Batman games, Suicide Squad is a co-op multiplayer adventure that also features some live service elements.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is releasing February 2 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X. Suicide Squad players who pre-order the digital deluxe edition will get early access to the game on January 30. With the game close to its early access launch, the file size for the PS5 version of the game has been revealed.
According to the Twitter account PlayStation Size, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League requires approximately 45 GB of free space on PS5. This is a 20 GB difference when compared to Suicide Squad's PC version, which requires at least 65 GB to be downloaded. The file size for the Xbox Series X/S version of the game hasn't been revealed yet, but it will likely be around the same threshold. Players who pre-purchased Suicide Squad's Digital Deluxe edition can preload the game on January 28, while standard edition players will be able to preload the game on January 31.
The storage requirements for Suicide Squad are fairly moderate and in-line with Rocksteady's Batman titles. For example, Batman: Arkham Knight had a storage requirement of 45 GB across all platforms. The 2016 Batman: Return to Arkham re-release collection had a similar 47.28 GB storage requirement on PS4. Suicide Squad's lower storage requirement on the PS5 is likely due to the game's files being compressed or optimized to work on Sony's console. While the game won't take up an exorbitant amount of space, if players have a lot of games downloaded, they might need to re-organize their current library to install Suicide Squad.
