Star Wars Outlaws is officially supposed to launch sometime this year, and though Ubisoft and developer Massive Entertainment haven’t yet nailed down a narrower release timing for the action-adventure title, recent developments seem to be indicating that it’ll be out sooner than some might expect.
Shortly after being rated in South Korea, Star Wars Outlaws has now received a classification rating from the Australian Classification Board (via ResetEra). Unsurprisingly, the game has been handed an M rating. The very fact that it has received a rating could suggest that it’s in the final leg of its pre-launch cycle.
Earlier this year, prominent leaker Tom Henderson claimed that Ubisoft was targeting a release sometime in the first half of 2024 for Star Wars Outlaws. That, combined with its recent classification ratings, could suggest that we’ll be hearing more about the game and its final launch date not long from now.
Whenever it launches, Star Wars Outlaws will be available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
