Skyrim fans have a new mod to explore and this one takes players deep into the waters of Lake Honrich. Sirenroot: Deluge of Deceit, created by Everglaid, is a dungeon dive that promises to be unlike anything players have experienced in the game before.
The mod starts with players being hired by the infamous Black-Briars to investigate a flooded tunnel that appears to have a rare alchemical ingredient inside, but as the team descends into the depths, they quickly realize they're in for much more than they bargained for.

The mod is designed to be a dialogue heavy quest with multiple endings and many options for the player to explore. Along the way, players will encounter unique NPCs with defined personalities and pasts who react to the player's choice of words. These NPCs may live or die depending on your decisions and the other characters will react accordingly.
A standout feature of Sirenroot is the focus on water mechanics. The dungeon in question is filled with diving sections, water control, and shortcuts. There is also a strong emphasis on verticality, with lots of platforming and climbing sections. Players will be able to control other characters and solve puzzles along the way. “With influences from Tomb Raider and Dragon Age, you'll climb, dive, solve puzzles and sprint under timers, as well as control other characters, persuade, look for clues, and determine the fate of others,” the official description remarks.
