Ubisoft has released two new trailers for Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown. While one of the trailer acts more as a mood piece, giving us an animated look at some of the stylistic combat, the company has also released a trailer featuring gameplay and developer commentary.
The second trailer especially gives us a great look at the gameplay in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown. The trailer shows off both the game’s exploration aspects, as well as its combat. We also get to see some of protagonist Sargan’s time-based abilities, which allow him to tackle fights, as well as platforming sections with creativity.
Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown was first unveiled earlier this month during the Summer Game Fest. The title is going to be a metroidvania, and will take place in an imaginary world inspired by Persian mythology.
Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is coming to PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch on January 18, 2024.
