Meet Some of New World Season 2, Blood of the Sands' Mysterious and Charismatic New Characters
New World Season 2,Blood Of The Sands is coming on July 6th, and Amazon Games is previewing some of the new characters you’ll meet in the second seasonal arc.
The first character introduced is named Rima Bahar. You'll find her in taverns throughout Aeternum and she has a Persian cultural background. Under the section of little-known facts about her, it says “She may, or may not, have a network of spies at her disposal”. Hmm.
She's a traveling bard and a scholar and she travels around Brimstone Sands studying history and performing to earn a living. “Few people know the desert as well as she does, and she will often delve into the mysteries and secrets of Brimstone when she isn’t performing,” her profile notes. Given the mysterious people, the Devourer, and the magic and mysteries at play here, she sounds like someone you'll want on your side.
We also get anintroduction to Malek, the charismatic leader of the Blood of the Sands. He's also interested in history, ruins, and loyalty but he keeps a lot to himself.
“Malek himself is something of an enigma. No one seems to be sure where he came from and how he came to lead the order. Still, his charisma and passion help him guide the group, who see him as something of a savior.” He's also known to sometimes hire mercenaries for additional jobs that he and his followers can't do.
The final character we are introduced to is named Sharif Shara. Sharif is a wanderer and a thief, as some might call him, but others may consider him a bit of a folk hero of sorts. He knows the terrain and the ruins very well, and the source of his knowledge is still shrouded in mystery. but he seems like a character who could be valuable.
