So yeah, just what it says. Went to play a game and it had me logged out of the psn. I'm on my account with all my games listed but when I try to play online or download new games I want it says to log in first. I tried and it says my password is wrong. Tried multiple times and knowing I've had the same password for years I was confused. Said «screw it» and clicked password reset but I am not receiving any of the emails. My correct email address is listed so its not like someone e hacked me and changed the email. This is super frustrating. I try to use live chat support and it just keeps saying they are too busy and to try later.
This has been going on for hours now. Very very frustrating. Anyone have a clue?
Also, I've had no strange activity on the account or the cards associated with it.
The only thing I can say is to contact. Sony if you can't reach them by live chat, then try email or even social media like Twitter or Facebook.
Yes after finding support phone number and waiting on hold for over an hour the live service person was great and resolved my issue. I still don't know why this happened to me though.
